Obamacaring Comrads

THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT has officially "shut down", and the United States of America is, in a sense, "out of business". Not a good day to visit your scenic national parks. Nobody will be there to assist you, correct? Then too, a few federal programs to help people, programs like nutrition for infants, assistance for seniors, anything which really helps people who need help, is shut down. The unnecessary stuff like that. However, all the inportant things; limosine service for elected officials, the massive American military/war machine, paid vacations for congresspeople, all the vital, important programs, will remain functioning. And as the hours and days tick by, and more Americans are inconvenienced by all this, the American people will begin to blame the republicans in the United States House of Representatives, and those house members will think twice about their demand that Obamacare be destroyed or delayed, particularly since it has already, as of today, begun operating. The American people do not want to destroy Obamacare, they do not want the government to shut down, and they are blaming the republicans for it, even though said house republicans are denying any responsibility, instead, blaming it on the senate, which seems, no matter how you look at it, plain ludicrous. The fact is, we're all going to have to work harder, together, worldwide, to take care of all of us, health care systems and all. The birth rate of humanity is probably going to decline, and people are probably going to continue to live longer than previously; over the next few decades, the old people will be stacking up right below the bottleneck. There was a time in America when there were thirty young people working and supporting every older retired person. Now, its less than three working youngsters for every senior. In China, in the past twenty years, the ratio has gone from eight to one, down to two to one, and this ratio, of young to old, is shrinking all over the world, as we live longer, and reproduce less. We'll have to reach the point where we expect old people to either die, or keep working. How can we have a global economy with billions of senior citizens sitting on their hands, while a shrinking few millions try to keep the economy afloat? So yes, we're going to have to share, and cooperate, partly because some people cannot produce as much as others, and partly because the human race is getting, overall, older, and will continue to do so. Welcome to the club, comrads!
